TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Unless noted, events held at the Ervay Theater Event Center are for adults only. The health, safety, and security of our guests, staff, and vendors remains our highest priority. All persons entering the facility are subject to search at the discretion of event center management. The purchaser/holder of these tickets understands the conditions of use, including any limitations so stated, of each type of ticket purchased as shown in the description of the ticket.
Entertainers are subject to change should circumstances arise beyond the control of the promoter. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges of tickets.
The Ervay Theater Event Center, City Park Associates LTD, Dallas Jazz Foundation, Inc., individual directors and managers, and staff are not liable for any schedule changes, event cancellations, misrepresentation, and or injuries incurred at our facility. All event holders are required to provide liability insurance.
ADA ACCESS
The Ervay Theater Event Center has full accessibility for ADA on our floor level.. Availability in the ADA section is provided on a first come, first serve basis and is limited. The main entrance and all side and rear entrances and exits are ADA accessible. .If you have any questions please email

CHARGEBACKS
We take the charging back of tickets with credit card providers very seriously. We partner with a couple of organizations to host these events so the name on your card statement may be different from the Ervay Theater. However, if you purchased a ticket for an event or for an item at an event at the theater then your purchase is legitimate. Before we go through the process of disputing your dispute, and filing a theft of service complaint with the Dallas County District Attorney's office, we would like to understand the reason why you disputed the transaction in the first place.
